Currently in preconstruction, the Project includes a two- (2-) story expansion to the existing Sarasota Memorial Hospital- Venice campus, including (i) approximately 12,000 square feet for level one consisting of a four- ( 4-) zone MRI suite, interventional radiology suite, prep recovery bays, procedure rooms, reading rooms, and all associated circulation, life safety, and clinical support space; (ii) approximately 12,000 square feet for level two consisting of shell space for a future expansion; (iii) surface parking to allow for the increase in pedestrian and vehicular volumes; and, (iv) the temporary relocation of the existing at-grade helipad.
